Product introduction
GCS type low-voltage pull-out switch cabinet is suitable for power plant, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise building and other industries of power distribution system. As a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage of 380V, 400V, 660V, Low-voltage complete set of distribution devices for power distribution, motor centralized control and reactive power compensation in generator and power supply systems with rated current of 4000A and below.
GCS type low-voltage withdrawl switchgear is designed and developed by two joint design groups according to the requirements of the competent departments of the industry, the majority of electric power users and design units. It conforms to the national conditions, has higher technical performance indicators, can adapt to the development of the electric power market and can compete with the existing introduced products.
Using the environment
● Ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃.
● For indoor use, the altitude of the site shall not exceed 2000m.
● The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃. The relative humidity is allowed to be larger at the lower temperature, such as 90% at +20%. It should be taken into account that the influence of condensation may occur occasionally due to the change of temperature.
● When installing the device, the inclination of the vertical plane is not more than 5°, and the whole cabinet column is relatively smooth (in line with GBJ232-82 standard).
● The device should be installed in no violent vibration and impact and not enough to make the electrical components should not be corroded.
● Users have special requirements, can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve.
Ordering instructions
The order contract contains the following contents:
● List of cabinet components;
● The full model of the product includes the main circuit scheme number and auxiliary circuit scheme number;
● Main circuit system combination sequence diagram;
● Auxiliary circuit electrical schematic diagram;
● Circuit voltage, current, time and other setting parameters;
● Other special requirements inconsistent with normal use of the product.
Structural characteristics of
The main frame adopts 8MF type open steel, the two sides of the steel respectively have module 20mm and 100mm φ9.2mm mounting holes, internal installation is flexible and convenient.
The main frame assembly is designed in two ways, full assembly structure and part (side frame and beam) welding structure, for users to choose.
Each functional room of the core device is isolated from each other, and the compartment is divided into functional unit room, bus and cable room. The function of each chamber is relatively independent.
The horizontal main bus is arranged in a horizontal position after the cabinet to enhance the anti-electric bus; It is the basic measure to make the main circuit of the device have high short-circuit strength ability. The design of cable compartment makes the cable up and down are very convenient.
The module of the drawer height is 160mm. It is divided into five size series of 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 unit and 3 unit. Unit loop rated current 400A and below <> drawer changes only in the height size change, its width, depth size unchanged. The drawers of the same functional unit have a maximum of 11 single drawers or 22 1/2 unit drawers per MCC cabinet.
The drawer panel has the obvious signs of the position such as dividing, closing, testing and pulling out. Drawer units have mechanical interlocking devices.
